I had heard about the quality and service from Pump heating but it was yesterday when I got to experience it for myself. It was on the face of it a relatively simple radiator renewal but in my house little is simple. It needed to change from 10mm micro boar pipe to standard 15mm meaning cutting into the wall to expose the old pipe and make the changes. The job was executed slickly and not a spot of dust or dirt was left. The job is neat and tidy and took a while to then bleed the system after getting it back to full working order. This took longer than expected and went on well into the evening but the team just got on with it without any issue and left us with a perfectly working system. I called Bob at Pump heating at 7.30am and his wife who answered was so lovely. I wasn't expecting them to answer so was great service when they did and really put my mind at ease as they said they would be out that day or the day after which was fantastic. Bob called when he was on his way and came in and quickly got to the job in hand and as typical with my house it wasn't a simple job but Bob said "don't worry" and he got straight to it and sorted it out for me even though it took a lot longer than expected. The job was done to a very professional standard and he even came back on Saturday to do another job I needed doing and will be coming back to do more. I was more than happy with the service I received and would be happy to recommend his company to others and as you can see I'm already using his services again. Very reliable and honest person. I called Pump to book in a boiler service, the person I spoke to on the phone was efficient and got it booked in straight away. When Bob arrived he was friendly and took the time to explain what he was going to check on the boiler and what each part should look like. Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end. Very highly recommended. We had a plumbing emergency (leak from bathroom down to the kitchen) in my daughters house while she was away travelling and the house was being let out on Airbnb. Bob from Pump Plumbing came to our rescue immediately as we had guests arriving the following day. Bob visited the house immediately and worked out what the peoblem was and then fixed it. This included sourcing a part. He also cleared up and even returned the following morning to ensure that the kitchen would be okay for the guests when they arrived.. This was all over a Bank Holiday weekend. Communication was excellent throughout and I can't recommend them highly enough. High Quality, quick, polite and efficient service. Pioneer attended at short notice to deal with a boiler fault just before Christmas. Although it transpired that the job required replacement of both my boiler and pump and the cleaning through of the whole central heating system, they worked hard to ensure that the work was done as quickly as possible and at very reasonable cost. Excellent Response. Had a gas flue problem identified by BG who isolated the boiler and left us without heating. Needed help fast. Pump turned up same day, identified the problem and how to solve it. Acquired a new hatch to cover up the hole they needed to make in the ceiling to fix the problem within 24 hours. Came back did the job efficiently and cleared up after themselves. My sort of tradesman! They were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and courteous. The bill was a pleasant surprise as well. What a joy to do business with you Bob! Emergency boiler repair Since this was an emergency repair and not a pre-planned boiler service, there was no pre-arranged time or budget. Bob told me when he could be round to fix the fault and showed up at the appointed time. After looking at the boiler, he told me which parts needed replacing to fix the problem, and got me a quote for how much they would cost. I agreed to this work being carried out there and then, and then Bob went to get the necessary parts, returning same day to fix the boiler.Irina, Bristol

Any future work we need I will be calling Pump Plumbing & Heating Pump Plumbing carried out two separate jobs last year, a gas hob installation in August/September and a boiler service in October/November approximately. Both jobs were carried out to the agreed price and the engineer polite and courteous at all times. On both occasions the engineer did not need to return to fix any problems.
